Milchs\u00e4ureg\u00e4rung: Zucker im Gem\u00fcse werden durch Milchs\u00e4urebakterien, die nat\u00fcrlicherweise auf Ihrem Gem\u00fcse vorhanden sind, in Milchs\u00e4ure umgewandelt. Diese Milchs\u00e4ure senkt den pH-Wert, hemmt unerw\u00fcnschte Bakterien und sorgt sowohl f\u00fcr Konservierung als auch f\u00fcr Geschmack. Diese Bakterien tun mehr, als nur Ihr Gem\u00fcse vor dem Verderben zu sch\u00fctzen \u2013 sie bauen eine ganz neue Geschmackspalette auf: frischer, s\u00e4uerlicher, komplexer.
