Retourbeleid<\/h1><\/div>

We willen er zeker van zijn dat je helemaal tevreden bent met je aankoop. Als je een artikel wilt retourneren, lees dan ons retourbeleid hieronder.<\/p>\n

1. Subsidiabiliteit van retourzendingen<\/p>\n

We accepteren retourzendingen voor zowel voedingsmiddelen als niet-voedingsproducten binnen 14 dagen na de datum van levering. Om in aanmerking te komen voor een retourzending moet het artikel ongebruikt zijn, in de originele verpakking zitten en in dezelfde staat verkeren als waarin je het hebt ontvangen.<\/p>\n

2. Niet-retourneerbare artikelen:<\/p>\n

Bepaalde artikelen kunnen niet worden geretourneerd vanwege gezondheids- en veiligheidsredenen of hygi\u00ebne. Deze items omvatten, maar zijn niet beperkt tot, bederfelijke voedingsmiddelen die geopend, gebruikt of veranderd zijn.<\/p>\n

3. Retourproces:<\/p>\n

Volg deze stappen om een retourzending te initi\u00ebren:
\n– Neem binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van je bestelling contact op met onze klantenservice via e-mail of live chat via de site. Vermeld je bestelnummer, het artikel of de artikelen die je wilt retourneren en de reden voor het retourneren.
\n– Onze Klantenservice zal je voorzien van retourinstructies en een retourautorisatienummer (RMA) indien van toepassing.
\n– Verpak het artikel veilig in de originele verpakking, samen met eventuele accessoires, handleidingen of documentatie.
\n– Vermeld duidelijk het retourautorisatienummer (RMA), indien van toepassing, op de buitenkant van het pakket.
\n– Stuur het artikel naar ons terug met een traceerbare verzendmethode. Je bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor de verzendkosten.<\/p>\n

4. Terugbetaling of omruiling:<\/p>\n

Zodra we het geretourneerde artikel hebben ontvangen en gecontroleerd, stellen we je op de hoogte van de goedkeuring of afwijzing van je retourzending. Als dit wordt goedgekeurd, storten we het geld terug op je oorspronkelijke betaalwijze of bieden we een ruiling aan voor een ander product, afhankelijk van je voorkeur.<\/p>\n

5. Tijdlijn terugbetaling:<\/p>\n

Restituties worden binnen 10 werkdagen na ontvangst van het geretourneerde artikel verwerkt. De timing van de terugbetaling kan vari\u00ebren afhankelijk van je betaalmethode en financi\u00eble instelling.<\/p>\n

6. Beschadigde of defecte artikelen:<\/p>\n

Als je een beschadigd of defect artikel ontvangt, neem dan onmiddellijk contact met ons op via e-mail of live chat op de website. We bieden hulp en zorgen voor vervanging of restitutie.<\/p>\n

7. Retourverzendkosten:<\/p>\n

De verzendkosten voor retourzendingen zijn voor rekening van de klant, tenzij de retourzending het gevolg is van een fout van onze kant, zoals het verzenden van het verkeerde artikel of een defect product.<\/p>\n

8. Contactgegevens:<\/p>\n

Als je vragen of opmerkingen hebt over ons retourbeleid, kun je contact opnemen met onze klantenservice via e-mail of de live chat op de website.<\/p>\n

Houd er rekening mee dat dit retourbeleid onderhevig is aan wijzigingen en zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving kan worden aangepast.
