Maak thuis je eigen yoghurt met onze gevriesdroogde roeryoghurt startercultuur.<\/p>\n<h3>Wat is yoghurt?<\/h3>\n<p>Yoghurt is een gefermenteerd melkproduct met een dikke structuur. Het wordt meestal gemaakt van koemelk, maar kan ook van andere melkvarianten worden gemaakt.<\/p>\n<h3>Over onze roeryoghurt startercultuur<\/h3>\n<p>Deze roeryoghurtstarter is een traditionele, no frills type thermofiele yoghurt dat een mild en romig resultaat geeft. Het is uiterst gemakkelijk te gebruiken en heeft een grote opbrengst. Als je nog nooit yoghurt hebt gemaakt, of in de war bent over de vele beschikbare soorten, is dit een uitstekende keuze. Deze yoghurt is van de geroerde of &#8216;Europese&#8217; stijl. Hij blijft romig en zacht als je hem roert, in tegenstelling tot de &#8216;stevige&#8217; Balkanvariant. Bewaar de yoghurtstarter ook na gebruik in de vriezer in een Ziploc-zak, of gevacumeerd. De starter is zeer hydrofiel &#8211; als er vocht in het pakje komt, zal de kwaliteit achteruit gaan. Houdbaarheid is ca. 2 jaar in de vriezer.<\/p>\n<h3>Hoe maak ik zelf yoghurt?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: mukta vaani,sans-serif;\">Je kunt elke gewenste melk gebruiken &#8211; koeien, schapen, geiten, magere melk, volle melk, rauw, gepasteuriseerd, gesteriliseerd, het werkt altijd! Het kan uiteraard in een <a href=\"https:\/\/startercultures.eu\/nl\/product\/fermentation-nl\/zuivel-ook-vegan-nl\/yoghurt-nl\/yoghurt-tools-nl\/yoghurtmaker-15-liter-instelbare-temperatuur\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">yoghurtmaker<\/a>, maar zonder lukt het ook prima.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Je kunt iedere melk gebruiken die je wilt &#8211; koeien, schapen, geiten, magere melk, volle melk, rauw, gepasteuriseerd, gesteriliseerd, het werkt altijd! Je gebruikt bij voorkeur een yoghurtmaker, maar het kan ook zonder.<\/li>\n<li>Verwarm de melk eerst tien minuten, al roerend, tot ca. 90\u00b0C. Dat zorgt later voor een extra stevige yoghurt. Als je gesteriliseerde (UHT) melk gebruikt, is dit niet nodig.<\/li>\n<li>Laat het afkoelen tot ongeveer 32\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Voeg de starter toe.<\/li>\n<li>Goed mengen.<\/li>\n<li>Houd de melk op de juiste temperatuur, bij voorkeur in een <a href=\"https:\/\/startercultures.eu\/nl\/product\/fermentation-nl\/zuivel-ook-vegan-nl\/yoghurt-nl\/yoghurt-tools-nl\/yoghurtmaker-15-liter-instelbare-temperatuur\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">yoghurtmaker<\/a>. Of: wikkel in dekens, bedek met een theemuts, verwarm met eensous vide, of in een thermoskan en laat het rusten.<\/li>\n<li>Na ongeveer 12-20 uur is de yoghurt klaar.<\/li>\n<li>Controleer of de yoghurt stevig genoeg is. Mogelijk heeft het nog een paar uur nodig.
