De afgesloten fles vangt het koolzuurgas op dat tijdens de gisting ontstaat, waardoor het eindproduct een natuurlijke koolzuurgasvorming krijgt en een bruisende textuur.<\/p>\n<h3>Voordelen van een 2e fermentatie<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Vermindering van het suikergehalte: de resulterende drank heeft minder suiker en een lagere glycemische index en is geschikt voor personen met bepaalde dieetbeperkingen, zoals een suikerarm of koolhydraatarm dieet.<\/li>\n<li>Versterkt de smaak: een langere fermentatie zorgt voor een diepere en meer pittige smaak.<\/li>\n<li>Behalve dat het de smaak versterkt, verhoogt het ook bepaalde vitamines B, zoals foliumzuur, en maakt het calcium en magnesium biologisch beter afbreekbaar, wat betekent dat je lichaam het onmiddellijk kan opnemen en gebruiken.<\/li>\n<li>Bruisend, vrolijke bubbeltjes: de natuurlijke koolzuur die tijdens de tweede gisting ontstaat, kan niet ontsnappen door het verzegelde deksel.
