Alles zit erin, dus geen extra stremsel nodig.<\/p>\n<h3>Wat is kwark?<\/h3>\n<p>Kwark is een vers zuivelproduct dat wordt gemaakt door zure melk te verwarmen tot de gewenste stremming is bereikt, en dit vervolgens te zeven. Het kan worden geclassificeerd als verse, door zuur gestremde kaas. Traditionele kwark kan zonder stremsel worden gemaakt, maar in moderne zuivelfabrieken worden meestal kleine hoeveelheden stremsel toegevoegd. Het is zacht, wit en niet gerijpt, en meestal zonder toegevoegd zout. Het is een traditioneel product in de keukens van Duitstalige, Nederlandstalige, Slavische en Scandinavische landen.<\/p>\n<h3>Andere namen voor kwark<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>quarg<\/li>\n<li>kvarg<\/li>\n<li>fromage blanc<\/li>\n<li>queso fresco<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Inhoud kwark startercultuur<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 zakjes voor elk 0,5 liter melk<\/li>\n<li>Geproduceerd in Frankrijk.<\/li>\n<li>Geen yoghurt maker nodig<\/li>\n<li>Bereiding slechts twee minuten<\/li>\n<li>allergenen: melk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Ingredi\u00ebnten<\/h3>\n<p>Melkpoeder, stremsel, <em>Lactococcus lactis, Lactococcus cremoris, Lactococcus diacetylactis<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h3>Bewaarinstructies kwark startercultuur<\/h3>\n<p>In de vriezer. Bewaar de starter ook na gebruik in de vriezer in een Ziploc zakje of vacu\u00fcm verpakt. De starter is zeer hygroscopisch &#8211; als er vocht in de verpakking komt, zal de kwaliteit achteruitgaan. De houdbaarheid is ongeveer 2 jaar in de vriezer.<\/p>\n<h3>Hoe maak je kwark?<\/h3>\n<p>Je kunt elke melk gebruiken &#8211; koe, schaap, geit, magere melk, volle melk, rauwe, gepasteuriseerde, gesteriliseerde melk, het werkt altijd!<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Meng de melk met de starter<\/li>\n<li>Laat 24 uur fermenteren bij ongeveer 23\u00b0C tot het dik wordt<\/li>\n<li>Laat ongeveer 12 uur uitlekken in de koelkast in een kaasdoek of theedoek (buiten de koelkast kan ook, dan wordt de kwark wat zuurder)<\/li>\n<li>Koel terug en geniet ervan<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Tip<\/h3>\n<p>Haal meer uit je kwark starter met ons <a href=\"https:\/\/startercultures.eu\/nl\/product\/fermentation-nl\/zuivel-ook-vegan-nl\/kaas-nl\/dierlijk-rennet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">stremsel<\/a>. De microben in kwark kunnen zich vermenigvuldigen, maar het stremsel niet.
