Het zijn pure melkzuurbacteri\u00ebn. Zie hieronder voor details.<\/p>\n<h3>Inhoud<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 zakjes van 6 gram, voor 0,5 liter sojamelk elk<\/li>\n<li>Zowel voor stand- als roeryoghurt<\/li>\n<li>Kan ook zonder yoghurtmaker<\/li>\n<li>Herbruikbaar, maak nieuwe yoghurt van je bestaande plantaardige yoghurt<\/li>\n<li>Je kunt zelfs kokosmelk gebruiken, maar zult dan wel een verdikkingsmiddel moeten toevoegen.<\/li>\n<li>Geproduceerd in Frankrijk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Micro-organismen soja yoghurt starter<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>Streptococcus thermophilus<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Bewaarinstructies<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In de vriezer. Bewaar de yoghurtstarter ook na gebruik in de vriezer in een Ziploc-zak, of gevacumeerd. De starter is zeer hydrofiel &#8211; als er vocht in het pakje komt, zal de kwaliteit achteruit gaan. Houdbaarheid in de vriezer is ca. 2 jaar.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Meer leren over fermenteren?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u200bLees <a href=\"https:\/\/www.starterculturen.nl\/a-52122580\/boeken\/over-rot-2015-het-handboek-fermenteren\/\">Over Rot<\/a>, of volg een\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/wateetons.com\/wateetons-workshops\/category\/fermenteren\/\">workshop,<\/a>\u00a0ook voor bedrijven en instellingen!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Bereiding<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Zorg voor brandschoon keukengerei, zo zorg je ervoor dat je je yoghurt vaker opnieuw kunt gebruiken voor een volgende batch.<\/li>\n<li>Kook de sojamelk kort.<\/li>\n<li>Laat het afkoelen tot de gewenste temperatuur (rond de 32 \u00b0C voor roer- en ca. 43 \u00b0C voor standyoghurt).<\/li>\n<li>Meng de starter met twee eetlepels sojamelk en giet vervolgens de rest van de sojamelk erbij.<\/li>\n<li>Hou de melk zo goed mogelijk op temperatuur. Wikkel hem goed in dekens\/dekbed, bedek hem met een theemuts, zet hem sous vide, in een thermoskan of in een instant pot met yoghurtstand of een yoghurtmaker en laat hem rusten.<\/li>\n<li>Na een uur of 8-10 is de standyoghurt klaar, reken voor roeryoghurt op minimaal 12 uur. Check of hij voldoende stevig is. Eventueel moet hij nog een paar uur langer. Voor een dichtere yoghurt met meer zure en scherpe smaak kun je het langer laten staan \u200b\u200b(bijvoorbeeld &#8216;s nachts).<\/li>\n<li>Even afkoelen en klaar.<\/li>\n<li>In de koelkast blijft de yoghurt nog zeker twee weken goed.<\/li>\n<li>Bewaar een beetje om nieuwe yoghurt mee te enten.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Optioneel: een moederstarter maken<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In plaats van de yoghurt direct te eten kun je de yoghurt ook invriezen in ijsklontzakjes<\/li>\n<li>Elk ijsklontje kan vervolgens weer als starter dienen voor nieuwe yoghurt<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 data-fontsize=\"21\" data-lineheight=\"27.3px\">Soja yoghurt starter kopen?<\/h3>\n<p>Je bestelt de Soja yoghurt starter bij starterculturen.nl, d\u00e9 webwinkel voor al je tempeh, koji en tofu.
