De drinkyoghurt is gemakkelijk zelf te bereiden. Het zit vol vitaminen, zoals vitamine B1 (thiamine), B2, B6, B12, C, D, H (biotine) en K. Ook bevat het mineralen en essenti\u00eble aminozuren. Bovendien is melkkefir licht verteerbaar door een grote hoeveelheid rechtsdraaiende melkzuurbacteri\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<h3>Wat is het verschil tussen waterkefir en melkkefir<\/h3>\n<p>Hoewel ze dezelfde naam hebben, zijn waterkefir en melkkefir totaal verschillend. Beide zijn gefermenteerde dranken, maar waterkefir wordt meestal gemaakt met suiker en fruit en je drinkt het als frisdrank, melkkefir is een zuiveldrank. Startercultures.eu verkoopt ook een water kefir starter.<\/p>\n<h3>Over onze vegan melk kefir startercultuur<\/h3>\n<p>In plantaardige melk, zoals sojamelk en kokosmelk, is de textuur van de resulterende kefir enigszins dicht en romig, zoals die van een traditionele kefir. Ongeveer 2 jaar houdbaar in de diepvries.<\/p>\n<h3>Hoe maak ik vegan melk kefir startercultuur<\/h3>\n<p>Zorg voor brandschoon keukengerei, zodat u uw kefir vaker kunt hergebruiken voor de volgende partij<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Meng de starter met twee eetlepels sojamelk of kokosmelk tot hij is opgelost en giet er dan de rest van de sojamelk of kokosmelk bij.<\/li>\n<li>Laat het fermenteren bij circa 25 graden, gedurende minimaal 12 uur tot maximaal 36 uur.
