Calcium zorgt ervoor dat essenti\u00eble bestanddelen van melk kunnen samenklonteren tot kaas. Ook versterkt het toevoegen van calciumchloride de werking van stremsel.<strong> Zonder calciumchloride kun je van supermarktmelk (gepasteuriseerde melk) eigenlijk geen kaas maken<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Het kan ook worden gebruikt voor het brouwen. Chloriden geven bier een zachte, volle en zoetere smaak, terwijl calcium bijdraagt aan de flocculatie van eiwitten en de stabilisatie van de smaak.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"166\" data-end=\"250\">Wees voorzichtig met opvallend goedkope calciumchloride die online wordt aangeboden! Calciumchloride is ook verkrijgbaar in technische kwaliteit (bijvoorbeeld gebruikt voor het strooien van wegen in de winter) of in voedingskwaliteit met een lagere concentratie.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"431\" data-end=\"636\">Onze calciumchloride is een gezuiverd product van voedingskwaliteit, speciaal ontwikkeld voor gebruik in zuiveltoepassingen. Het beschikt over alle vereiste certificaten en verklaringen. Concentratie: 99%.<\/p>\n<h3>Hoe werkt calcium chloride?<\/h3>\n<p>Calciumchloride verhoogt het calciumgehalte en daarmee de stremmingsbereidheid van gepasteuriseerde melk. Voor rauwe melk is het niet nodig, maar het helpt wel. Het is een multifunctioneel goedje dat ook dienst doet als strooizout voor je bevroren oprijlaan, vochtvreter en in betonverharder zit. Maar koop het toch maar liever op Starterculturen.nl.<\/p>\n<h3>Hoeveel calcium chloride heb je nodig om zelf kaas te maken?<\/h3>\n<p>Dosering: je gebruikt ongeveer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-2 gr per 10 l melk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Het wordt gewoonlijk aan de melk toegevoegd voordat met het kaasmaken wordt begonnen.
