De nauwkeurig samenstelling van melkzuurbacteri\u00ebn in deze starter versnellen het natuurlijke proces en zorgen voor consistente resultaten, veilige verzuring en een goede balans tussen zuur, textuur en smaak.<\/p>\n<p>Geschikt voor beginners en gevorderden. De starter voorkomt ongewenste smaken en geurtjes, terwijl je probiotica-rijke gefermenteerde groenten krijgt met de smaak die je wilt.<\/p>\n<h3>Wat is een starterscultuur voor groenten?<\/h3>\n<p>Deze starter bevat geselecteerde melkzuurbacteri\u00ebn in de juiste soorten, hoeveelheden en verhoudingen voor betrouwbare groentefermentatie. Vergeleken met zuurkoolsap of wei krijg je een breder spectrum aan nuttige bacteri\u00ebn\u2014beter voor smaak, textuur en voedselveiligheid.<\/p>\n<h3>Waarom een starter gebruiken?<\/h3>\n<p>Groenten fermenteren prima vanzelf, maar een starter is handig voor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consistente, herhaalbare resultaten (thuis, horeca of kleinschalige productie)<\/li>\n<li>Fermentatie van gekookte groenten (ketchup, sauzen)<\/li>\n<li>Fermentatie met minder zout<\/li>\n<li>Snellere fermentatie<\/li>\n<li>Extra veiligheid<\/li>\n<li>Betere smaak, aroma en bite<\/li>\n<li>Experimenten met ingelegde groenten, kimchi, fermentatie-azijnen, hot sauces en andere fermentaties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Micro-organismen<\/h3>\n<p><em>Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus fermentum, Lactobacillus brevis, Leuconostoc mesenteroides<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Activiteit en sterkte: de starter bevat meer dan 12\u00d710\u2079 kve\/gram melkzuurbacteri\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<h3>Inhoud en bewaring<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Inhoud: 2 gram, genoeg voor circa 50 liter pekel of 50 kg groenten<\/li>\n<li>Bewaring: in de vriezer<\/li>\n<li>Houdbaarheid: circa 2 jaar (zie datum op verpakking)<\/li>\n<li>Volledig natuurlijk en biologisch. Geen conserveermiddelen, additieven, kunstmatige kleurstoffen of smaakstoffen. Geen GMO-ingredi\u00ebnten. Vrij van soja, noten en gluten. Halal en Koosjer. De starter bevat geselecteerde levende melkzuurculturen, ge\u00efsoleerd uit natuurlijke bronnen in ecologisch beschermde gebieden in Bulgarije.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Let op:<\/strong> <em>niet veganistisch of lactosevrij<\/em>. De starter bevat de bacteriestammen plus een minimale hoeveelheid biologisch magere melkpoeder als groeimedium. Een spoor hiervan zit in de verpakking.
